My husband and I began working with Simonetta 6 months before we re-located to Milan on our first 'take a look' visit to our new city. Since that first trip, she has provided us with continuous support, a vast knowledge of Milan and all of it's resources, and a huge personal comfort by taking care of virtually all of our transitional needs.
We simply could not have settled in our new home in Milan without having her help and guidance, and (at times) day-to-day support. We have small children, and she gave us assistance with school tours, and helped us find an appropriate pre-school for our toddler.
We had apartment renovations to complete prior to our move, which she facilitated whilst we were still living abroad, and the finished product was fantastic. Every detail was attended to and addressed.
And most importantly, as a spouse with a partner who works and travels significantly, Simonetta has introduced me to some of the best parts of Milan's culture and helped me to begin to create a social network and establish a rich quality of life.
We will be forever grateful for her support and expertise, as well as her kindness and friendship.

But with Simonetta extensive search and knowledge, we drove up to the first house and I had already decided it was perfect before we even opened the front door! Simonetta was so much of a help for our family (we’re Slovak family of five) since we moved to Milan this August! She speaks English very well (which, as we soon found out, is surprisingly very rare in Milan) and she helped us practically with all the procedures you need to get through after your arrival (and we knew about them thanks to her) - fiscal code, registration, bank account, TV and Internet connection, Gas/Electricity company, all the communication with real estate agency and the landlord of our new apartment, car registration, health and car insurance… Simonetta always responds to your emails, phone calls very promptly and she’s never late - these are the characteristics that are not that usual in Milan :). She is more like a friend to us now, thanks to her great knowledge of the city life we now know what
hospitals to use, where our boys could play football or what cinema to go to watch movies in English…We really don’t know what we would do without her, we absolutely recommend her reliable services!

From final June I began working with Simonetta for Italian visa and in the middle August I am already in Milan. After that, she took me to the post office and immigration office for residence card. She help us to contact consulate, ask the process and status, provide checklist, review documents and make appointment.
With her help, I get my visa. After arrival, she help us to apply residence card.
I recommend her professional and expert service. Without it, I cannot be here so quick to meet my husband.
